A wide range of internal courses that are run within Rolls-Royce provide a variety of opportunities. These courses vary in their nature and duration, and need to be coordinated with your manager. You also have the option of exploring any of a number of external training courses that OSyS supports in line with the needs of the business.

It encourages self-improvement through formal education in order to improve or maintain job-related skills or enhance your ability to advance professionally.
