Optimized Systems and Solutions Secures Contract Renewal from Rolls-Royce

RESTON, Va. – Sept. 23, 2010. – Optimized Systems and Solutions (OSyS) has secured a five-year renewal of its fleet-wide equipment health management (EHM) agreement with Rolls-Royce. This renewal extends OSyS’ EHM support for long-term aviation engine service agreements offered by RollsRoyce.

“EHM is an essential part of professional aircraft management, helping to optimize operating costs and prevent service disruption,” said Russell Buxton, director of services for Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace.

Through data analysis and trend identification, it predicts when operationally critical equipment may require out-ofschedule inspection or maintenance. By actively managing equipment-health alerts, the solution enables proactive resolution of potential issues, improving asset availability and reliability.
